Middle East

Development initiatives in the Middle East have captivated our collective imaginations in terms of the quality and scale of projects possible in the near future. We are helping to create strong cities and strengthen cultural identities by bringing high-quality design to this flourishing and globalizing part of the world.

Featured Projects
360º Kuwait
In the Middle East, where the harsh desert climate keeps residents indoors for the majority of the year, RTKL designed 360° Kuwait, a hub of retail, entertainment, and leisure offerings. Located at the intersection of two major highways, this indoor center provides an extension of everyday living, where residents and tourists can gather to comfortably socialize and shop.
Bahrain City Centre
Bahrain City Centre is a mixed-use development designed to serve as an oasis from the heat and bustle of Manama. With cutting-edge architecture and a three-level retail scheme that integrates entertainment and dining experiences, the building is tightly woven with restaurants, a central plaza and two hotels.

“We are thrilled by the numerous opportunities we see today to design inspiring, commercially viable and sustainable buildings and environments in the Middle East. It is a region of the world rich with history and distinctive cultures, but with an eye on the future. As areas within this region continue to flourish, we are eager to continue forming long-lasting relationships with our clients and helping to create iconic development that will symbolize the new Middle East.”
