Workplace

By staying abreast of trends that affect business everyday, we design places that facilitate corporate agility, innovation, culture and collaboration. Our workplace experts have worked with major corporations, law firms, professional associations and government agencies to deliver specialized services to best serve the bottom line.

Featured Projects
General Motors
The new 21,000-SF workplace for General Motors’ government relations office showcases its well-known brand and provides sophisticated, welcoming space for high-profile clientele. The office emphasizes openness, and expresses the three pervasive brand concepts that drive the design scheme: road trip, innovation, and machine.
Highmark Data Center
As the first of its kind to be LEED® certified, the new data center for Highmark, Inc. is a ground-breaking model for future “green” data center design. This state-of-the-art facility supports all technological and business needs, securely houses millions of documents, and provides a dynamic working environment for more than 50 employees.
Credit Suisse Private Advisors
Located in the prestigious Four Seasons hotel in the heart of Miami’s international financial district, RTKL’s design for Credit Suisse Private Advisors stands out from its more traditional neighbors. The streamlined, Asian-inspired design of the 3,000-SF facility maximizes its small space, while offering a comfortable and inviting feel for the company’s high-end clients.
Chiao Tung Bank
In many parts of Asia, where going to the bank has traditionally been a cold and impersonal experience, Chiao Tung Bank has set a new standard for retail banking. The highly regarded bank’s new branded environment puts state-of-the-art technology in the hands of the users, reflects CTB’s reputation for high-quality customer service, and positions the company at the forefront of banking in Taiwan.
Oceaneering Advanced Technologies Group
Oceaneering, an international advanced technology company with clientele in marine, space and other harsh environments, wanted to consolidate engineering and fabrication staff in a singular location. The design of their new 145,000-SF facility aims to strengthen their corporate culture, express their mission to potential and existing clients, and do it all within a tight budget.
