At RTKL, every voice matters. We publish an annual monograph called Works in Progress to showcase innovative design being done around the firm; we host an annual in-house Design Conference to bring together young designers from around the world to work collaboratively on a significant design challenge; and we host a yearly internal awards program to honor individuals who have made substantial contributions to the firm in a variety of areas. In addition, we provide ample opportunities for students to gain real-world experience with paid internships and the RTKL Traveling Fellowship.
